 - Procedure:

- Police Authorities;
- Treatment Addicts Centre;
- Health Centre;
- Welfare Services
- Employment and Training Services;
- Primary Prevention Activities;
- Prisons;
- Schools.
 
 - Penalties:
- Payment of a fine – never applied to drug addicts;
- Banning from certain places;
- Forbidding traveling abroad without permission;
- Presenting himself periodically at a place to be indicated by the Commission;
- Interrupting or removing the right to be granted or to renew a fire arm;
- Work in benefit of community.
 
 - Central Register Database:
- Central Register Database is a structured collection of records stored in a computer server system by the Commissions for the Dissuasion of Drug Use;
- The structure uses an Application Programming Interface to insert, storage, update and consulting the records;
- The Database contains the files relating to the case and the drug users profile.
 
- Central Support Department:
- Support the commissions functioning;
- Managed and control the central register database;
- Harmonized the proceedings.
